The Friends of the Bourbonnais Township Park District General Fund supports our mission of supporting the Bourbonnais Township Park District and its residents by expanding lifelong recreation opportunities through fundraising and advocacy.

Contributions to this fund provide essential resources that enable the Foundation to advance its commitment to enhancing the recreational quality of life for residents of the Bourbonnais Township Park District.

Funds are allocated with flexibility to address the areas of greatest need, for instance, sustaining selected in-house recreation programs and events, providing youth recreation program scholarships for families in need to experience recreation opportunities, supporting park and facility capital improvements, strengthening community partnerships, and underwriting initiatives that preserve and promote the recreational assets of the Bourbonnais Township Park District.

Gifts to the General Fund ensure the Foundation can continue enhancing the community’s quality of life while responding effectively to emerging opportunities and long-term priorities. This fund does not support the day-to-day operations of either the Foundation or the Bourbonnais Township Park District.
